Bieber, 26, spoke about his troubled past in the series “The Biebers on Watch”; which can be seen on the Facebook page of his wife, Hailey Baldwin, in which he has come clean, and without fear of the media to say that “If I could go back and not have to face some of the wounds I had, I probably would have waited for the wedding”; the singer said.

Justin went on to explain that: “As ‘crazy’ as it sounds, he believes that sex can complicate relationships before marriage. Sex can be a little confusing when you’re sexually active with someone”; He said.

Baldwin, 23, the artist’s wife, said she didn’t know if he would remain celibate before saying “yes. However, she agreed with the idea that “I totally agree with the fact that having sex can make things more confusing”; she said.

Hailey had brief engagements years ago before she was married in September 2019. In the meantime, Justin was in an affair with singer Selena Gomez, jointly with others.

Difficult situations in the relationship

Baldwin spoke about the couple’s difficult situations on Friday, May 15, in an interview with the Hillsong Channel. “I always knew that if we worked things out and got back together, it would be a very serious situation and we would get married”; she said.

The singer, who had been celibate for more than a year before dating the model, ended up showing Baldwin and the world that he had truly changed.

Hailey testified about her husband and said, “We got back together and I had seen how much he had changed and how different he was, the way he behaved, the way he explained to me what he was doing with his life and where he was, it was different from what he was doing before”.

Pledge of Marriage

Justin and Hailey got engaged in 2018 and married in September 2019 in South Carolina, in the presence of friends and family. But before that, they said “yes” in a civil ceremony in New York City in 2018.

The artist claims that the marriage has raised sexual expectations, but that was not the only reason for the union. “When I saw her in June last year, I remembered how much I loved her, how much I missed her and the positive impact she had on my life”; he said.
