Approximately 135 churches participated in this event, resulting in a total of 16,000 people praying and crying out to God for peace.
It was a movement called “We Pray San Diego”, which brought different churches together on the streets for a common purpose: to ask God for peace in the hearts of the people there.
Pastor Miles McPherson, highlighted the great participation of the Christian people in the movement; as the city was very much hit by multiple events so far this year.
“God can heal all disturbances, he can bring good out of evil and good out of pain. I believe we will see a transformation of San Diego and our country as we go through this,” Miles said.
Christian people flooded city streets
It became known that in 7 different places in the city of San Diego, the Christian people flooded the streets, where many people knelt and raised their hands to God.
McPherson indicates that the massive fruit of this event will be seen in the next few days, which will be reflected in the life and heart of each of the inhabitants.
“I know that God always hears our cries, and I cannot wait to hear what God has done, not only in the hearts of people, but also in families and businesses, in the health and relationships of people. I believe that in the coming days, weeks and months we will see the fruit of what happened today,” said the pastor.
Politicians and congressmen also joined the event
Not only Christian people were there, they were joined in prayer by political leaders and congressmen, who expressed their support through the online broadcasts of each of the services.
